Thanks Traveler2005, but I was actually inquiring if that would work with Midland Credit also. Since they are reporting on an Imagine CC that was part of the 2008 ruling. I was wondering if that had worked for jen77076. Ive already sent my letter to Jefferson Capitol and had them removed.

Hello I'm new to the forum. I would like to see the letter you sent to Jefferson Capital. I had a Salute Visa that I now have two baddies from. One from Salute and one from Jefferson. I'm hoping to get them both removed with this ruling. Thank you
