The GECRB Care Credit account that was charged-off and I paid in full and turned into a positive account per GE Capital was deleted by Experian and Equifax. Now they are telling me GE Capital needs to send them a reinsertion form so they can add the TL back in and make all the correct information.
Wow! So sorry you're having to deal with this unnecessarily.
I hope you can get it straightened out to your favor.
Good Luck!!!

@Allow me to play devil's advocate for a moment, please - I realize it's now a positive (closed?) account, but how badly does losing this one positive tradeline affect your overall credit report? If I recall, that was your last baddie, so the reports are clean, right? So does losing the TL really hurt in terms of AAoA? That's the only place I can see it hurting really. Or is it hurting you in other areas? I'm not trying to be a smart @$$ just trying to understand.
by them making it a positive account with no lates or charge off status gave me a big score bump. them deleting it I lost points cause it affected my AAoA.

Okay, that's kind of what I figured - did you lose all of the points? Big or small loss? Now I'm curious....
