A CA popped up on our CR that's from 2010. Never got a bill for this. So I decided to contact them and It appears to be a bill from a emergency visit . Anywho I paid them they promised to delete. 2 DAYS LATER I get a call on my phone never the less not my Dh phone or the house phone talking about a debt owed from 2008. I'm like wth how  did you get my number and she says its the number I have for him in our computers. Tell them to send me a bill and I will look at it. I know this is for that dang computer he had b4 we met. I am so livid. IDK what to think. I know that if we don't pay it they will update it and they haven't updated since 2009. Come to find out that these are sister companies. When I called the 1st company on my cell phone that's how they got the info and they must of gave it to them. Ugh I just want to slap myself. I should have *69 them but I am sure they would have found us anyway.

Well it's from 2008 so it's old.  What's the SOL of your state?  If it's past the SOL, over them a PFD for like 20% or so.

Yea thats what i was thinking of doing. the sol is 3 years in Ms. L
