But on the good side - My EX mortgage score is 587, up from 576 in late March and 580 in mid Feb. My March TU was 593 for the mortgage score - it should break 600 with the proper UTI%....
I've got a 30 day late that will age past 24 months come June, hopefully that will bump me up some more. August should age some more lates past the 24 month mark as well, leaving just that stupid Frontier account with lates. Hopefully I can get that one removed, I may have to file a breach of contract suit in small claims court to do it though. Pretty sure by the end of the year I can have at least two mortgage scores in 600 territory.
