Going through a HARP program for refi on my 1st mortgage.. Guy sent my credit report over to me so I could check it out..
Makes me feel like a criminal.. Wish it would say something nice about me to make me feel better!

Starting Score: EQ 665 (Jan 1, 2013)
That's not too bad! Scores are 700 or close. Those reports always state something is holding your score down, even if they are in the upper 700s.

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.
At first, I was wondering how you had those scores with 18 accounts delinquent...then I realized it was just the code for that particular statement.
