This month I changed which card reported a small balance, which meant for a week or so I had all cards paid. My scores dropped 24, 14 and 20 points. A few days after the other card reported, my scores went back up 24, 14 and 20 points.

Nothing else changed in the reports so you got back what you lost.
Yep, right on the nose for all three. The next thing I'd like to see is all three reporting the same number...850, haha. Someday!
