UPDATE: Got declined for NASA' credit card with Experian Fico of 696. The reason was insufficient re-established credit since bankruptcy. I just started my rebuilding 4/13 so I believe they are looking for 24 months of re-established credit. Anyway, no harm because I only got 2 soft inquiries on Experian.
