Ok I must say I love this board!!!!   When I started on 12/31 I had 36000 on my reports. After following instructions as I learned here ... I will be down to 3000 after Asset deletes! I do still have 3 chargeoffs with a zero balancesold off  showing until next year. I'm hoping to settle with these last 2 and be free!!!!!!    Wow. Thanks everyone
