Yahoo!!!! My Sportsman's Guide Visa just reported and my Chase did a mid-cycle update to $0 because I paid it off next week!!! My EQ jumped to 656!!!! I still have $6,300 in new CLs that haven't reported. That almost doubles my current available credit. I'm so hoping for a bigger jump when they report, as my UTL will drop down to about 20%. This is a big deal to me, as am planning to refi my 20% auto loan through my credit union once the new cards report. Thanks to everyone here for the support and motivation. For anyone who is just starting out and feeling discouraged, PLEASE DONT GIVE UP. The mistakes of your past don't have to determine your future. You just have to take control of your finances. It's these little victories that add up to long term progress.
