They do a hard pull if you apply for their credit cards. But if you go to their site, put some stuff in your basket and try and check out sometimes you will get a pre-approval. For pre-approvals they do not hard pull you, it's a soft pull

Thanks for the info!! I got approved for a VS with a $350.00 credit limit! (your right its expensive to even buy anything with those interest rates!) but thank you cuz now i got the mix of retail that i need!

I'm glad it worked for you and  you got a new card.

I was really happy myself. Even though I don't shop at VS, I will buy something every now and then to hopefully get a credit limit raise in 6 months.
