Thanks for the info! I'm planning to settle it as soon as I can. In the meantime its accruing 9% interest per year, not a WHOLE lot, but still more I have to come up with.
It was never my intention to NOT pay, just needed a few things working in my favor so I can get to a point where I CAN pay.
