I'm really confused about everything... Please help

So I used equifax and I'm seeing this on my report.

EQ 605    TU 614  EX  633

I don't have any auto loans nor have I ever. No Credit Cards

However I am seeing this on my report

Late payments, collections and public records can have a negative impact on your credit standing. The more severe they are and the more recent they are, the more negative the potential impact.

However Equifax can not show me what is in collections??

So how do I figure out what these items are?

Now my next question is TU is showing this.      What is this ?  Can anyone help?

On the posted one ACS is the collector and it looks like a hospital was the OC.

It also looks paid.

Send a GW letter to the CA asking for them to remove it.

Use all the sites that can offer you information for FREE.  Thats how i accumulated and put together some things from negative reports.  Be sure to read through the forums and run searches.  You will find almost anything you need.  I did a search and came across a post from a year ago and it helped guide me.  It also gave me an insite as to how it all works.   I dont know nearly what many of the folks here do but spending a lot of time reading has really helped.  Good luck !

Ok so now I guess the only question I have is how can I view the 3 items on my equifax report so I can see if they are actually legit items?

Sounds like you went directly to Equifax and pulled a 3 in 1 report.

If you go to AnnualCreditReport.com you can get your official report from each of the three CRA's. The advantage is that the report contains more info + it's free. You will be able to see more info on each item so you can do the appropriate thing

Ok so I figured out how to get the info from equifax

Here is the 3 items that are showing up.   The last 2 appear to be the same account. How is this on me 2 times?  What steps should I take from here?

First thing I would do is call and talk them about a duplicate reporting.  If they see it, they will most likely stop reporting one.
