Quick question myfico gurus. My wife is stuck at 632, 638, and 639. We need to get her to a mid score of 640 for the USDA mortgage loan. I recently opened a $2k line of credit for an emergency dental visit. If I add my wife as an AU, do you guys think that she will get the needed bump? Utilizations are down and we've gotten rid of all of the baddies that we can, Santander, HSBC,CAC Financial, and West Asset Management does not love us. Thanks in advance.
