Anyone Know of an e-mail to someone higher up at TransUnion?
I am having problems disputing something.
It has to do with my ID theft case. There is one more account and several inquiries remaining on my file that are fraud.
They have been helpful about removing these in the past. But for some reason are non responsive now. For this last batch of things.
I have extended fraud alert on my credit file. I send them Police Reports, FTC ID Theft Affidavit (Notarized), proof of address and my ID.
I fax, I call, I mail. Everything comes back verified, I don't know how. Now they wont let me dispute and ignore me saying it frivulous. Ugh!!
I dont want to settle in court. I have filed complains with the BBB and the AG, still waiting on those. But this is affecting my rating in the meantime.
I want to e-mail some higher up managers or supervisors. And attach my documentation. Anyone know any good e-mails?
Thank You.
