I need help with Macy's goodwill

What should I do?

I have 2 accounts with Macy's (one use to be Rob-May & got transferred to Macy's)..I have a paid charge-off account from Macy's the DofLA was May 2006 and I have 30,60,90, 120 late payments.  My second one is still current and it's been open since 2005 I have a 30 day (2006) and a 60 day(2006) late payment, Now should I wait till the Charge off acct falls off in 2013 and only send the 2nd acct a goodwill letter or send both a gw letter??? I'd personally send GWs for each account, citing the account number on each letter.

Should I send the letters at the same time?
