I think it was the site I applied on. When I went to it, before even applying, it said 'all you have to do is fill out the information and then print and mail".. which I said, nah-uh and stupidly went to the cap one ap and was denied and then read around more online about how Orchard Bank does a soft inquiry or do they not even look at your credit.. either way it wouldn't effect my credit report even more so I filled it out, was approved and now just have to send in the paper they gave me to print out.
Maybe it was just that site then.. am I allowed to paste the link here?
