I know many of us are fighting Resergents and its many unbrella companies. I'm so sick of wasting my time trying to fight LNVN. I have between 1 and 4 accounts depending on which report I pull. I have sent request for DV via mail none CMRR, Fax and Via the BBB. The one and only responce I got was via the BBB basicly stating that if I feel my Identity has been compromied I should fill out the Identity thefty form. I responded back stating I was not claiming Identity theft I was requesting DV its been 2 weeks since i sent my rebuttal and have heard nothing back, when I call the BBB and try to connect to someone it disconnects my call. The only consistant thing about LVNV is that they update every month like clock work. I did have success at getting 3 of the 4 deleted off TU. End rant.
