I send a GW letter to Lexus Financial on May 28th, 2011 through regular mail stating my concern. I received a letter today dated June 6, 2011 stating:
"We recently received yout correspondence reqarding what you believe to be incorrect or incomplete information on your credit report.
We have researched or records and have taken the following action with respect to how we report to the credit reporting agencies listed below:
The delinquency indicator for January 2011 has been removed. This account is now reporting as 0x30, 0x60, 0x90.
We have updated our information with:
TransUnion (Address listes)
Equifax (Address listed)
Experian (Address listes)
Innovis Consumer Assistance (Address listed)
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact us in writing at the about address.
Sincerely,
Lexus Financial Services"
My "incorrect or incomplete information on my credit report" was my true credit worthiness of paying my bills on time. And a 30 day late "indicator" was showing to lenders that I tend to miss a payment here and there. Which may be true, but overall I do pay on time. 
Again, great news! I am doing my happy dance!!! I sat down one weekend and sent out all my DV letter, and sat down the weekend after and did GW's and Inquiry removal letters. Results are coming in slowly but surely.

Thanks MissMia75, it just goes to show that creditors can change whatever they want on our credit reports... ( if it's not accurate or incomplete) lol!! I must say that I do honestly believe I did miss that month. But 10 months prior I was on time and 5 months after I was on time. Techinically, I do pay on time, so they made the adjustment.
I love the rebuilding process. It can be a headache, but keep at it. I'll make sure I'm on time with any and everthing else from here on out.
