I sent in a disput for a payed collection that is not myne I requested a copy of the sighned loan agrement copy of judgement date first delenquent date payed and a copy of the credit card recipt that it was payed with and they sent the thing back to me certified mail how do i get them to respond if they keep sending what i send in certified back to me certified thanks

To clarify, they are sending you a copy of the agreement and a CC receipt? Does that show your info (name, address, etc.)?

And they also sent a judgment. Were you ever served and did you go to court? Is it your name and info on the judgment?

no they sent the letter i sent them back to me certified mail
