I already got 7 things deleted previous to this.. some of the above was deleted off certain CRA not all

ANY HELP Please

All me and time to really attack this

1) send GWs

2) Do nothing.

3) Do nothing.

4) If SOL had expired or if you have the $$$ to PIF, send a DV. If they verify and you agree, then send a PFD.

5) Do nothing.

6) Wait for their response.

7) Do nothing.

8) Pay it.

9) Send a PFD. If after a couple of tries, just PIF.

10) Send a PFD. If after a couple of tries, just PIF.

11) If a balance is showing, then send a PFD. If no balance, then send a GW.

12) Send a GW.

13) Is this a judgment?

14) keep paying.

15) Send a PFD.

The above is what I'd do.

4. Disputed GOODBYE MIDLAND OFF all 3 credit reports.

6. Sent Letter and taken off EX and that was the last CRA they were on

8. Fingerhut increased my CL to 300 ... current balance is 100. I will pay that down

9 & 10 .. I will have to settle.. I have One offer from the CA who did not buy it but services it.

13. Sent  letter to OC and CA with  letter from insurance company where OC did not submit the claim ever to my insurance company. Insurance company is willing to pay the claim still over 1.5 years later.

15. Submitted claim to BBB with copy of email from Ex employee where he admitted they were informed to tell students yes you will get financial aid and then you dont.

 Waiting to hear back from them. They are holding onto my EX and it is past SOL
