Based on my credit report....I think I might be done?!
Current credit score: 627
This score represents a super high utilization rate, which I'm 100% focusing on getting down to the 1-9%
It also represents 3 baddie collection accounts that I received confirmation for removal on Friday..just waiting for these to reflect
Remaining baddies:
1 CO BoA account from 2008 PIF - I've been continually sending GW's, and will continue. At this point it's hard to expect anything to happen before they fall off in 2015.

1 Judgement from 2009 PIF - Currently marked as pending, but have an attorney working on getting it reported correctly as Satisfied.
So at this point, I think the only thing I can do is garden, keep my CC's down, and watch my score go up?
Do you guys have any other suggestions for things I can do with the remaining baddies?
Also, I'm current at a more than 50% utlization rate. If I pay that down to the 1-9% and have these 3 baddies fall off (one that tanked my credit like 30 points back in January), any clue where my credit score will roughly end up? (Currently 627).

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.
Keep up the good work! Keep sending GW letters once a month on the 2 COs, when the judgment updates to satisfied file a motion to have it vacated on grounds that its been paid.

Get your util down, those baddies are old... I'm guessing if you play it right, you'll be in the upper 600s pushing 700.

One of the baddies thats being deleted as per last Friday actually showed up in January and tanked my score 40 points. I'm wondering if I'll get all 40 back?
Time to focus on that util!
