i dont see anything that would get it removed. it is reporting close to accurate. if you dispute them they will likely just fix the discrepencies. they are both allowed to report. so again you can pfd or just wait them out. looks like only a few months to wait jan 2015
sold to sherman then to lvnv. an inccorecly reported account is not grounds for removal. they will only update it with correct info.
