For mail, use the addresses on your CRs to start. Expand it out to their corporate addresses in future rounds.

For e-mail, try using their online e-mail form. There have been success stories in here of CapOne and GWs via that method. Try also planetfeedback.com.

Hi,

I emailed the CEO and Director of Customer Service directly and got a call from their executive office the next morning. They removed the 30 day late fee and faxed me over a copy of the removal request. The lady was very nice and very helpful.
