Thanks llecs but I found the website last night,,   Not keeping a promise isn't a good enough reason not to talk to a CA. From what I'm reading you might incriminate yourself is the mean reason why you shouldn't talk to a CA.  Otherwords the onus is on them.. As far as emails,and faxes, I trust but I do understand why mail is mostly used. 

When he calls, I won't answer. 

I have to go back and read the rules.

About 3 weeks ago, I contacted IC Systemts via email requesting a PFD agreement.  About a week later, I received an email stating they were requesting verification from the OC. Im hoping they will agree to a PFD.  The balance is only $70.  Will update when they contact me next.

Emailed IC Systems this morning asking for the results of their investigation.  Returned from work to find an email from IC that they are deleting because they did not receive verification of debt from OC.  They are sending me a letter to confirm the withdrawal.

Sad thing about this, is that I originally disputed this with Ex and it can back as verified.

I still have not received confirmation of deletion letter from IC systems.  But I just pulled my Ex report and the acccount is gone!!

I sent a GW to IC two weeks ago asking for a delete of a paid collection.   They had nothing to gain by doing that and I didn't receive a reply from them but yesterday that collection fell off Experian (four years ahead of schedule).  Here's hoping Equifax and TU follow soon
