After weeks of sending emails and letters, I finally got a letter saying they would delete! I am so excited! I was almost at the point of giving up! Persistence does pay off!

Thanks! They don't make it easy because I got two letters saying that it was against their company policy to delete. I read about all the other people that had success with them on the boards, so I just kept trying.

Did you PFD or pay and then GW? I just tried PFD last week but they rejected the offer :-(. Please PM any info that you have that may help. Congrats to you!

I had success with them as well today after persistance. I was told over the phone that they will delete two accounts. I really hope they are telling me the truth.
