I've sent them a DV and tried to neg/PTD to only get denied.  Any contacts or tips to getting this blemish off would greatly be appreciated.

I DV'd them as soon as they showed up. I have the same letter but it hasn't been removed yet. It's been about a week now.

I sent them an email about deleting my.account that was paid, they called me.a few hrs later and.said they were going to delete. I got lucky i guess.
