@Anonymous wrote:Awesome Lookingforhelp, how long did yours take to fall off? Also did it help give your scores a boost? I am hoping my scores may jump up a bit after doing it. I am calling them tomorrow. I will keep you guys updated. Thanks for the tips. I am paying via credit card hopefully that is allowed.

I just did PFD with them. It came off pretty quickly too.
I would say that it came off within a week. I'm not sure exactly how it affected my score since some of things were happening around the same time. Maybe 10 points. This one was pretty old though since it was 2011. I paid via cc and there was a fee involved. I paid on their website while on the phone with the rep and then provided the rep with the confirmation number of the payment. I didn't try to settle and just paid in full.
thanks for the response.
I'll be calling IC Systems today asking for PFD. Wish me luck!

To Update:
The only way I was able to get this off of my report was to file a BBB complaint.
Was told that they no longer do PFD's

Did they remove the item entirely or does it show up as a paid collection?
@Anonymous wrote:I called and they offered to delete once I made payment. They wouldn't send a letter, but they deleted within a few days after making payment
@Anonymous wrote:As noted above ... call them ...
I had a successful PFD over the phone with them. They were very nice to work with and deleted as promised.
Did it show as a paid collection or was it completey removed? Thanks
