Re: IS IT WORTH IT?

If they are reporting a balance and a CL you are being dinged twice for a single TL.  Once for the CO and one for the amount in your utilization.  Once paid they will be removed forever from your utilization.  Depending on your CR and what is on it will decide if you get a bump.

Do you know what your utilization is?

Re: IS IT WORTH IT?

The OC is reporting uti which is holding your score back. Paying in full will be the same as settling except the fact that it will say paid in full instead of settled in the credit statement. As long as it reports $0.
