IS there a special PFD letter for medical?

Is there a special medical pay for delete letter that I should send to a medical collection agency?  If so, can somebody please point me to a template?  If not, what would be your choice of template to use?  Thanks in advance.

PFD letter would be your personal saying that you wish to pay the debt in full if thy can delete their TL. .

Yes, I realize that.  I was wondering if there was anything special that should be said to a medical CA.  Over the telephone, they said they would not entertain a PFD, but I plan on sending a letter anyway.

Nothing special at all. Worse case scenario would be a PIF then GW letters
