Ideal revolving credit

I currently gross $3,293.33 a month (excluding overtime)

Car loan:  367 (currently owe $12,500)

CC: pay down balance under $100 every month ($2050 Limit)

is there another line of credit besides a mortgage that would effect my score in a positive manner?

Re: Ideal revolving credit

An installment loan.  You can join a credit union and get a secured personal loan. They put the loan amount in a CD you make payments.  I dont know what scores you have or your AAOA but maybe you can get unsecured.  Also I would definately add at least one more credit card.  .Hope that helped

Re: Ideal revolving credit

i've had two seperate secured loans with my credit union (of two years) and when i started pulling my own credit that i paid off the installment loan b/c my loan office said the 43 bucks a month was disqualifying me from an additional 30k on a house.

Re: Ideal revolving credit

That has to do with debt to loan/income to loan ratios I dont know your income or total debt or score.  Maybe ask loan officer to be more specific is it scores income or debt that precludes you from a mortgage.Smiley Happy
