If anyone has this info, I would also like contact info for Cap1 and HSBC/Orchard. These will be my first attempts at GW letters. Is email better than snail mail? Thanks in advance!

I just got HSBC's Exec Office number and was told the same story of " its accurate blah blah blah" but then the same rep called me back asking for additional info...and will open a case for me....let's see
