Hello Family,
I have three paid and closed collection from Innovative Collection Services, all these tickets were from 2007, I closed on my first house on 2/14 and right after closing these three tickets showed up and I paid them. The problem is on my CR it shows these account as being new from 11/5/2013. I have proof from Innovative Collection Services showing these accounts as being paid/closed and the date the tickets were issued (12/11/2007), (9/14/2007), 11/9/2007). I faxed the proof to TU and have disputed this account 7 times all coming back as verfied no change. What other steps can I take to get these updated accurately?

You need to file a complaint with the CFPB. They set the DoFD from when they got the account, which is wrong. It should be an easy case for them.
Sorry, posted and re-read. You say it shows them as being new. How does it show them? From the open? Does it list a DoFD or a Date this will be removed? That would be how you would tell if it was re-aged.

TU said this account should be on my credit report until 2020.
It looks like it was re-aged to me. Almost sure of it. I'd file the complaint.
