Inquiries

I have finally reached over 600 on all of my scores. I am at 637, 623, and 611. The mortgage lender told me that I had to be over 600 to get my loan and I was at a combined 516 in 12/09. But since I am applying all over again, they will have to pull a copy of my credit report. How hard of a hit will my credit take with this inquiry. I know this will be considered as a hard inquiry and will have impact to my score. My question how much of an impact will it have? I would hate for my scores to drop below 600 trying to get this mortage loan.

Re: Inquiries

Your scores might go down after the hard pull. So, your lender would only see a drop in your scores if they pulled (hard inqs) a second time.
