I'm moving this to Rebuilding Your Credit because members in that forum have tons of experience with dispute letters. I hope you are successful at resolving this -- good luck.

Re: Inquiry Dispute

1. Certified letter with a letter stating they are at this point willfully violating the FCRA. Attach your documentation. Demand they delete because you can prove the inquiries are false, misleading and inaccurate information as per your proof/documentation. Add at the end of the letter that you know your rights and they better react because you understand that you can file suit against them for damages, as well as punitive damages if a court finds their lack of action willful (which it is if you've disputed so many time and now you offer them black and white proof).

They CAN'T report something they KNOW isn't true.

And before anybody else chimes in, yes: if you threaten to sue, be prepared to follow through. But even then, you can still be truthful in writing that you are contemplating filing suit against them because their willful and degligent actions are causing you harm, emotional distress - as well as the black and white violation of the FCRA.

Do that and then see what happens. I bet you get the deletion(s).

Re: Inquiry Dispute

Why not talk to the source of the inquiry? Get them to deal with it. I had an inquiry that wasn't even mine show up on my report. Disputing with the CRAs did no good, but one phone call to the outfit that mistakenly hard pulled my credit, and it was off.
