Is Experian Playing Games?

I have an open dispute with Experian and they sent me a letter stating they can not go forward with my investigation until I verify my identity.  **bleep**?  I entered all my persona l information and disputed online.  I also disputed written from my address which hasn't changed in my whole life.  If I redispute will it take another 30 days or just pickup where they left off?  What should I do? Thanks!

No, it should still be 30 days unless you don't send it in for awhile.

The dispute is still open and no need, now, to do another one.
