Is This Collection Status On TC correct??

Just a quick question. On my TC EQ report on a few paid collections, under condition it shows 'Derogatory' and under pay status it shows '120 days late'. How could that be? I think I'm taking some dings for this. I've disputed the status, but it just comes back the same. What should I do?

--I forgot to add that they keep updating every month too! They do show a $0 balance.

Look at your actual EQ report and see how it is displayed there.
