Is This Reporting Correctly?

I filed BK7 in 2011, been doing good ever since...I see this reporting on my EQ report as collection.  Can anybody tell me if this should be gone?  The accounts were all IIB, and to me this looks like an active collection?  That cant be helping anything.

Dispute as IIB demanding correction/deletion it is an open collection filed 08/29/08..

Disputed with Experian, removed next day! 

One more negative off the report, every little bit helps I guess.
