And also - you got approved for a Chase Freedom with those scores??  Did you get pre-pproved or just go for it?

Thanks! It came up for me on the preapproval website so I went for it. I didn't get an instant approval and it took a few weeks, but eventually I got a letter asking me to call the Chase Fraud Dept to confirm my app / identity. I called and got a $500 approval!

PS. I was an existing Chase Savings / Checking customer for a year prior to apping.
