My fiance got in a bad situation because of some poor choices, and had to let his truck go back 2 years ago. We have been paying the credit collecting agency the charge off every month. It comes directly out of our bank. But when we printed his credit report, the company is still posting it as Failed to Pay!! Is this right? Even though we are paying on it, are they still allowed to post failed to pay EVERY month that we are paying on it? I am so clueless but wanted to get educated before we take further action.
