Is it possible to GW discharged debts?

I was wondering if anyone had any success in removing any discharged debts by GWs?  I have Cap 1, HSBC, First Premier and Cash Central I would like to remove.

 I have had the CAs removed but having problems with the OCs who state that they have no records and to deal with the CAs.

Any input would be welcome.

I would like to know also. How did you get the collections off?
