I had a mix up a few years ago with a BOA auto loan where I closed the loan before the first payment was due. But it turns out the teller didn't give me full amount due, just the original total without the accrued interest. So with me moving and such I didn't get a letter until it was too late.
So fast forward a few years and my credit isn't so great because of a $132 default, great. I've since paid it off but I can't get out of the mid 600's.
Will sending a GW letter to BOA even work? I've spoken to a rep over the phone but I was pretty much blown off. I've seen an address to send a letter but the recipient was Ken [edited] , who's gone now.
Any ideas how I can go about doing this?

thanks!
Yes, GW would be your option.
How is this reporting? Does it show as a CO? Late payment?
Thanks for the Reply.
It's reporting as a paid charge off. Where can I send a Goodwil letter to?
Use the address on your report for BoA.
If no response or shot down, then google for a higher up's address/email.
