I would to just update anyone about this company, I also have a collection on my report from them and sent a DV letter and then a follow up and nothing in response both times so I went ahead and called them and they explained to me that they no longer handle T Mobile accts and haven't in 2 1/2 years. They instructed me to just dispute through EQ and that they will get no response as well since they don't handle T Mobile any longer which will result in a deletion. Just a little FYI guys.
