I dont understand everyone saying PFD which to me means pay to delete it from credit report when its stated that it isnt listed on the credit report. Just pay it , I dont see why there would be a need to ask for a PFD.
I just meant if such a small amount was actually reported to the CRAs. This situation shows how some people are stupid. Like, why didn't the billing dept. just call you? If I were you, I would send the money right away and pitch a fit to the OC.
