Is there anything in First Premier's reporting I can dispute for removal? (Pic)

Hello,

I appreciate any help on this. I have no idea what to look for as far as inaccurate reporting. Is there anything wrong here?

That's how it's currently being reported. Sent a letter for verification the other day. Hoping to get it deleted before I just pay to get it off my utilization.

Forgot to ask, is that something I can dispute? It's being reported differently to each cb.. I know you said nothing really jumps out so I am thinking I am just stuck with it. I know First Premier is hard to deal with.

Is the account with a collector?  The OC does not do verifications.  Also, when was it charged off?  Are you still in your state's SOL?  If so, they can still sue you for the balance.

It appears that you are approaching disputes from the point of view that if you find inaccurate reporting, the result is requried deletion of the account from your credit report.

Deletion is only mandated if the information cannot either be verified as reported or corrected so as to overcome the inaccuracy, and even if deletion is mandated, it only extends to the information under dispute, not other accurate information.

I don't think it is with a collector yet because only First Premier is reporting the debt. As far as SOL, the accounts FOD is in 2014 so I think they can still collect. I intend to pay it if it cannot be verified so I don't mind poking the bear.
