Where does this tradeline appear on your credit reports?   Is it showing as a collection?

It's in my EX report, it's not totally gone but somehow I suspect it's not doing much damage? Its reporting as adverse accounts

It's not clear to me if this is showing as a collection ~ I suspect that it is, so it is likely hurting your FICO score.

It's not, I just requested my credit report and score here and the part where you click on to see collections doesn't show this. I have one red flag and that's my baddie with First Premier

@Emmy, Midland has placed the account in dispute status. I am only saying this because they did the same to me. As long as they have it in their dispute bucket, it will have a zero balance but when it comes out of dispute with the CRA you will still have to contact Midland to remove THEIR dispute comments. I don't know what your goals are, but sometimes an 8 point drop can make all the difference. 

I had two Midland accounts and they deleted one off all three and the other off of two, I disputed the remaining account listed on TU and they sent me a letter today saying the account would remain on my CR and remain in dispute. Midland SUCKS!
