I'm only going to press them so hard because I had SIX accounts all closed in good standing, including an auto loan before I defauled on a $300 credit card. Obviously they don't owe it to me, but sure would be a nice gesture since they're making a ton of interest of me.

I tried to get my charged off removed through EO multiple times, after a while they will tell you that they already taken action and any furthur inquiries will not be acknowledged, lol I gave up after trying for six months. Good luck though! mine falls of this year so I don't care anymore.
