I had Verizon Wireless and DW had Verizon landline and both were removed in 2008, VZW via a PFD and Verizon was deleted after they sold it.. Both are different companies and report and handle collections a little bit differently.

Third-party reports, like CCT, often misreport the facts. It isn't a revolving account but scored as a CO. If you pull your report from experian.com (not a third-party but the one showing a report number, drop off dates, etc.), you'll see the TL minus the word "revolving".

Keep sending GWs. Call them too. Bug them into submission. The only way your score will improve in regards to this TL is to get it removed.
