Re: Is this normal for a Pay For Delete?

Before you do anything else google the HIPPA Letter Process by Why Chat.  Follow the process exactly as it is laid out if you have any problems finding the website or have any questions PM me.

I cannot read your post either. It looks like some type of Egyptian hieroglyph font or something.

Mine also.  All I can make out for sure is the number 13.

First time I have encountered this.

Re: Is this normal for a Pay For Delete?

Here's what it says First time poster! So please be kind.

I recently send out 13 pay for deletes to the same company for myself and spouse (medical bills). It has been over 1 month with no reply from The Revenue Group. However I received notification that they had listed the collection with another of the 3 credit bureaus. Did I do something wrong? Are they allow to list it with another bureau? Any suggestion?

Yes, they can do that so unfortunately, you've made the problem a little worse.

now, if you know they had it previously on another CRA then removed and RE-inserted back to the same CRA and you are in TX you have a cause of action for re-inserting. I believe there is a requirement to notify you before re-inserting.

if the same CA reported you previously on TU and then removed it and a year later comeback with the same account and report you back on TU thats re-inserting.
