if that another of the 3 credit bureaus was one that was previously removed, but then reported it back with the same CRA,  i call it RE-INSERT

Its happened to me in TX and i have been successful in removing it when re-inserted.

Unless I missed something, i too it to mean it was reported to a bureau that it had not been reported to yet.... Like how I had 3 collections on TU for 4 years and as soon as I made contact they slammed em onto the other two, lol.... hate that
