i have a qs. about an account i have according to myfico the DOLA is april 2002 and my state is Indiana and i believe its 6 years, well on one of my reports it says it falls of either in january or february of 2009? so is this past the SOL?
I don't trust the dates on my CR, but I do trust the drop off date. If the drop off date is 2/2009, then DOFD is 2/2002. SOL may have expired in February.
